Kali Avita Composite Helmet
The Avita helmet utilizes a combination of polycarbonate (PC) and Composite Fusion technology for a unique mix of strength and light weight (300 grams). The Avita also features extra ventilation and Kalis award-winning dual closure fit system.
Our patented Composite Fusion technology incorporates the EPS foam as an integral part of the shell. Instead of creating two separate pieces we directly fuse the EPS foam to the exterior shell (no spot glue or tape is needed!). Through this process we foam to the exterior shell (no spot glue or tape is needed!). Through this process we have found that not only is the force to your head reduced upon impact, but it also creates a significantly lighter product.
The Dual Closure System allows a simple and efficient dual-sided closure adjustment at the rear of the helmet.
